3D Printing - Fabricating for a Function part 3 (Journal Entry 12)

This is the video showing my object in use. My process for my wall hook didnt have to many issues. In the beginning once I finished my object I exported it to the wrong file and once I tried to convert it in the 3d printer os application wouldn't let me. I then realized that it has to be exported to a specific file so it can be converted so I can slice it and then print it. I eventually converted it to a 3mf file and then it allowed me to slice it. Later I adjusted my object on the bed so it didn't need supports and so the printing wouldn't go wrong. Once I fixed the object the put my object in the queue to print and in printed in 20 minutes. In my frst print my object came out perfect and I didn't have to reprint it. Overall, my printing experince went pretty smoothly as there were no printing issues and my object, the wall hook fit perfectly on my wall. I am glad everything went well and was glad I experinced printing a 3d-object as I had never done that before.
